I used Tiiny to try to create a game dev pipeline.
Here’s what I tried:
I grabbed the Hermes agent from the store, and ran it with Qwen 3.8 27B loaded up. I then told Hermes that I have the MCP loaded in Godot, and to please connect it. Which it did, ran a test, and was able to access the tools. I then asked it to create a simple main menu screen, which it was successful at accomplishing. Currently, I'm asking Hermes to come up with an implementation plan for a simple tower defense game.
What worked / didn’t work:
The MCP for Godot has a connection string right in the toolbar so I was able to paste it into Hermes so it didn't have to go looking for it, super useful. Hermes was able to access it quickly.
What I learned
Given time and infinite tokens, I think a local pipeline for game dev is possible (Not an AAA title necessarily, but some simple games) through image, music, and Godot MCP to be completely or largely automated. I'm working that workflow out right now.
I love this
Really cool! especially seeing **Tiiny → Hermes → Godot MCP** actually working as a local game-dev pipeline. The part I like most is that you’re already moving beyond “chat with a model” into something that can actually connect to tools, plan, and build inside a real development environment. A largely automated local pipeline across **code + images + music + Godot** would be a great demonstration of what Tiiny can become when you give an agent enough time and local compute.
